お望みの回数を舌の下にオイルをプッシュし、しばらく（60〜90秒ほど）お口の中で保持した後に飲み込んでください。一般的に、摂取から約15〜30分で効果を感じやすい、とされています。 Place the desired number of pumps of oil under your tongue and hold it in your mouth for about 60–90 seconds before swallowing. Generally, effects may be felt within approximately 15–30 minutes.
